    Spotlight Studio for the Performing Arts

    The Spotlight Theatre Performing Arts Studio is dedicated to the education and advancement of Performing Arts for teens and kids around the area. Our focus is on musical theatre performance (singing, acting, dancing) and we also offer individualized lessons in singing, acting, dancing, piano and guitar.

    Spring 2010 Classes

    Sign up early! Classes without adequate enrollment will be cancelled (waiting to register is the best way to close a class).

    $15 discount for multiple family members enrolled in classes, "Bring-A-Friend" or for any registration received by January 18! Payments must be made in full before start of the class.

    A $15.00 Registration/Materials fee has been applied to all classes.

    NOTE: Regular classes are canceled for the weeks of February Break (Feb 15-19) and April Break (April 19-23)

    MUSICAL THEATRE CLASSES

     MUSICAL THEATRE DANCE (Ages 7 to 12)
    Class Description. Cost: $195.00    $15 per 60 minute class (12 weeks each)
    • Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm, with Kaitlyn. Start January 26.
    MUSICAL MOMENTS (Ages 4 & 5)
    Class Description. Cost: $159.00    $12 per 45 minute class (12 weeks each)
    • Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:15pm, with Kaitlyn. Start January 26.

    RISING STARS (Ages 6 to 8)
    Class Description. Cost: $195.00    $15 per 60 minute class (12 weeks each)

    • Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm, with John. Start January 27.
    • Saturdays 4:00pm-5:00pm, with Kaitlyn. Start January 30.

    MUSICAL THEATRE I (Ages 9 to 12)
    Class Description. Cost: $195.00    $15 per 60 minute class (12 weeks)

    • Wednesdays 5:00pm-6:00pm, with John. Start January 27.
    • Saturdays 5:00pm-6:00pm, with Kaitlyn. Start January 30.

    MUSICAL THEATRE II/TRIPLE THREAT (Ages 12 to 18)
    Class Description. Cost: $231.00    $18 per 60 minute class (12 weeks)

    • Sundays 7:00pm-8:00pm, with John. Start January 31.

    TEEN ACTING / IMPROV (Ages 12 to 17)
    Class Description. Cost: $195.00    $15 per 60 minute class (12 weeks)

    • Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm, with John. Start January 27.

    SHAKESPEARE LIVE (Ages 12 to 18)
    Class Description. Cost: $195.00    $15 per 60 minute class (12 weeks)

    • Sundays 6:00pm-7:00pm, with John. Start January 31.

    NEW ADULT ACTING / IMPROV (Ages 18+)
    Class Description. Cost: $135.00    $10 per 60 minute class (12 weeks)

    • Wednesdays 9:00pm-10:00pm, with John. Start January 27.

    SPECIAL: BE A ROCKSTAR (Ages 6 to 11)
    Learn what it takes to become a singing and dancing rockstar. Activities include singing and dancing to popular broadway/rock songs, crafts to build the perfect rock attire and props, and putting on a "concert" for friends and family! Cost: $195.00    $15 per 60 minute class (12 weeks)

    • Fridays 3:30pm-4:30pm, with Kaitlyn. Start January 29.

    SPECIAL: PUPPET THEATRE (Ages 8 to 11)
    Create and build your own puppets! Find out what goes into puppet creation and manipulation. Cost: $231.00    $18 per 60 minute class (12 weeks) (includes materials)

    • Fridays 4:30pm-5:30pm, with Kaitlyn. Start January 29.

    KINDERMUSIK CLASSES

     Village (0 - 18 months) for Child and Parent/Caretaker.
    Class Description. Cost: $171.00 (cost includes take-home activity kit)

      Start March 24. (10 Weeks).

    Our Time (18 months - age 3) for Child and Parent/Caretaker.
    Class Description. Cost: $189.00 (cost includes take-home activity kit)

    ABC Music & Me (Age 2-4 years) for Child Only.
    Class Description. Cost: $120.00 (cost includes take-home activity kit)

    KINDER DANCE (Ages 3-5)
    Class Description. Cost: $111.00    $8 per 45 minute class (12 weeks)

    JEWELRY MAKING and CRAFTS
    Learn how to make jewelry you can wear, share with friends or give away as gifts! Cost: $159.00
    $12 per 60 minute class (12 weeks) (includes materials)
    • Tuesdays 12:15pm-1:15pm. For Ages 8-17. Starting January 26.
    • Designed for Home School Students; taught by Kaitlyn Zorn.
    SPECIAL WORKSHOPS
