This is STAR Camp's thirteenth summer! Come explore the visual and performing arts this summer and discover your hidden talents. Everyone gets into the action as we learn, rehearse, create and have FUN! Professional teachers in the visual and performing arts in drama, dance, vocals, and art will provide instruction.

The performance this summer will be "Thoroughly Modern Millie" which will be performed for the community at the conclusion of the program. The art curriculum will include a variety of new materials and creative techniques. Our art projects will be displayed for the public during the performances.

All youth are required to participate in each element of the camp. No previous experience is necessary. Participants must bring their lunch daily.

This camp was the recipient of the Genesee Valley Recreation & Park Society Program Award for 1998 for an outstanding and beneficial program for youth.

Who can participate:

The program fee is $275 for residents of Gates ($250 each additional family member) and $325 for non-residents.
